ViewCrew Window Washing was founded in 2021 as a neighborhood window cleaning company owned by two best friends... They got the idea by performing many odd labor jobs the summer before to bring in some money to help pay for college. Seeing the reaction of their clients to window cleaning, and enjoying the work, Carl and Colton decided to take things seriously.
With their first customers being limited to friends and family, Carl and Colton took pride in every aspect of their work. From cleaning windows meticulously to providing service with a smile, they instilled a sense of pride into their company and employees.
Through the help of family, friends, and investing all the money they saved up, they were able to scrape together enough equipment for two window cleaning crews. In their first year, they were able to separate themselves from other window washing companies due to their dedication to the customer.

From the beginning Carl and Colton emphasized showing up on time, answering the phone, honesty, accountability, and building trust with their valuable clients. In year two, the company became one of the largest window cleaning companies in Massachusetts. They also added holiday light installation to their services, instilling the same values and techniques to this industry. Each ViewCrew client is made to feel special and respected. Carl and Colton understood how valuable each client is, especially since they are spending their hard earned time and money with their company. Today, ViewCrew continues to grow and expand with large goals, keeping in mind the values that helped them find success.

Colton is currently attending Bowdoin College, majoring in Economics and playing for the Bowdoin football team.
His passion for this industry came after one summer of cleaning windows as a side job to help pay for school. Seeing the reactions of clients after receiving a window cleaning spurred an obsession within him. That is why ViewCrew focuses so much on customer satisfaction.
Also coming from great parents who instilled a high moral compass in him, he understood how important people’s time and money were.
This is why he strived to provide the best and most valuable service possible!
Carl was a student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst up until the summer of 2021 when he fell in love with putting smiles on his customers’ faces. As his passion grew for the window industry and creating a service that benefits many, Carl has done nothing but focus on the satisfaction of each and every customer.
Carl was always an extremely disciplined individual, he learned much of this from his long career in the sport of wrestling. The discipline he learned helped to instill standards in the company, as well as implement integrity throughout the entire business. Carl has, and never will be one to cut corners!

Mike joined the team at the start of 2023 after graduating from Merrimack College, and quickly became the face of communication at the company. He always answers phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and with a positive attitude.
